Summary Of This Issue:

Buried in the Alaskan ice in an escape capsule, the MINI-CON STREET SPEED TEAM await rescue. The ADVENTURE TEAM and the DECETICONS THRUST & CYCLONUS are all after the stranded MINI-CONS, and to make matters worse, an overdose of MINI-CON "Destruction" power has sent CYCLONUS over the edge, making him a threat to AUTOBOT, DECEPTICON, and MINI-CON alike!
